      <description>Location: Gloucestershire | Salary: &amp;pound;60 - &amp;pound;70/hour | Type: Contract | Performance &amp; Dynamics Engineer    Location:  Gloucester  Contract:  6 months initially, with potential for extension  Start Date:  31 August 2026  Working Pattern:  Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week on site following initial training  Clearance:  DBS required  We are currently recruiting for a  Performance &amp; Dynamics Engineer  to join a Systems Engineering team supporting major engineering programmes.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing computational models and conducting simulations to assess the performance and dynamics of mechanical, hydraulic and, where required, basic electrical systems.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced  Performance, Dynamics, Stress or Simulation Engineer  to work on complex engineering programmes and contribute to the development and validation of integrated systems.   Key Responsibilities    Build computational models and conduct simulations.  Calculate static and dynamic loads.  Perform performance and frequency response analyses.
