Role: People''s Operations Advisor Salary: £35,000 Location: Stafford (ST18) Hours of Work: 37 hours per week - Monday -Thursday 8:30 - 16:30, Friday 08:30 - 16:00 About the Role You will support the People Operations Manager, playing a key role in delivering an efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service across the business. This is a varied role where you will work closely with managers and employees, ensuring people processes run smoothly while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day advice and support to managers and employees on people policies and procedures Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs Maintain the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to termination Assist with performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee development Prepare reports, analyse data, and maintain accurate employee records Support the development and optimisation of HR systems and processes Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice Contribute to learning and ..... full job details .....
