As a tier 1 HR service, you''ll guide and upskill our team and contribute to their development. About our People Service Desk Lead The role is part of our People and Culture function, where we have a number of Centre''s of Expertise, looking to add value to our operations and ultimately support our key stakeholders in providing exceptional education to our students. This role heads up our People Desk team, who provide first line HR advice to employees, academy operation teams and managers.The role will be hybrid with 3 days a week in our HQ in Waterloo. You will cover shifts 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6 across these days. The key aspect of the role is to guide the team to provide an excellent service to our staff.
