You will drive the coordination and delivery of a transition project across People Shared Services, HR and Payroll.  The role will ensure that employee information, documentation and processes are prepared, validated and delivered accurately and in line with project timelines, recognising that these may evolve and be influenced by external providers as part of the TUPE process.  You will ensure that information requests are handled effectively and that all data shared is complete, compliant and timely.  The role will combine coordination, data validation and operational delivery within HR and payroll systems to support successful project outcomes and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
