Our client is a leading international food manufacturer with production sites across the UK and globally. The RoleReporting to the Operations People Business Partner and sitting within the People Team, the People Team Coordinator / Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of people-related administration and providing a professional front-of-house service.This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone looking to take their first step into HR or People administration, while also gaining exposure to reception and site-based operations. Key Responsibilities People AdministrationMaintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and produce People Team reports as required.Work closely with the People Team and Payroll to ensure all payroll-related changes (new starters, leavers, contractual changes, adjustments) are processed accurately and in line with deadlines.Draft employee contracts and letters, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.Keep ..... full job details .....
