Salary: 52-55k (paid hourly equivalent)Work Hours: 35hrsWork pattern: Home working with two days in the officeStart: ASAPDuration: 5 moths possibly longer The role of the People Systems Manager is to ensure that the department''s systems are effective, fit for purpose and user friendly, and support the People and OD Department''s overall delivery of services to managers and staff across the organisation. The People Systems Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end development, integration and maintenance of the People and OD Department''s HR and payroll information system, working in conjunction with the software suppliers and the internal IT team, for the benefit of users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide expert advice to the People and OD team on the continuous improvement and optimisation of administration processes for the benefit of departmental and other users.Take ownership of People and OD departmental systems, acting as the primary point of contact for all related projects, initiatives and enhancements.Support positive and effective relationships with system and service providers, working with the IT department and other stakeholders to oversee performance of contracts, service levels and KPIs from a functional perspectivePartner with the IT Department and systems vendors to design, develop, configure, and implement HR and payroll systems and tools, ensuring they meet functional and technical specifications.Recommend a strategic vision for system and process ..... full job details .....
