About You You will have extensive experience managing in-house payroll and multiple HR systems, alongside strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and payroll controls. You will be confident producing management information and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with previous experience managing a small team. Experience with IRIS Cascade and CIPP membership (or equivalent experience) would be highly advantageous, while charity sector experience would be beneficial.
