People Systems and Benefits Specialist

As a People Systems and Benefits Specialist, you''ll play a key role within our People Operations, Systems and Data team, supporting and developing the technology and benefits platforms that underpin the colleague experience across Peabody. You''ll work closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams and external providers to ensure our systems are effective, our data is accurate and our benefits offering remains engaging and valuable for colleagues. What you''ll do Act as Product Owner for the Salary Extras platform and support the wider management of key People systems including PeopleXD, ServiceNow HRSD, CultureAmp, Kallidus and Power BI dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders across People Services, Payroll, IT and external suppliers to enhance system functionality and improve colleague experiences. Support the delivery of system enhancements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and implementation. Lead the administration and ongoing development of colleague benefits schemes, ensuring they remain attractive, efficient and well-managed. Manage relationships with benefits providers, including renewals, invoicing and issue resolution.
