You''ll collaborate closely with People, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.Key responsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, and Payroll, with scope to support future modulesBuild and enhance reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insightsDevelop and maintain business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, security roles, and integrationsSupport bi-annual Workday releases, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all People systemsConduct data audits and implement robust data quality controlsAct as the primary point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting, and escalationsDeliver training, user guides, and documentation to stakeholdersCollaborate ..... full job details .....
