Reporting to the People Services Manager Service Delivery, this is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring colleagues and managers receive a seamless, professional and customer-focused service that supports the organisation''s people priorities. Combining Employee Relations expertise, employment law knowledge and strong people leadership, you''ll lead a team delivering expert advice, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, you''ll help shape an efficient and scalable People Services Delivery function that builds manager capability, enhances colleague experience and delivers practical and commercially focused people solutions.
