Salary C.-29,000 per annum (Pro rata)
Warwick (2 days onsite per week)
Contract until the end of September 2025

Why This Role Matters: As a People Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in our organization by supporting employees throughout their journey with us. Your contributions will ensure smooth operations within our People Services and help create an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Service Now Tickets: Keep an eye on incoming queries, providing timely responses based on our knowledge resources and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Triage Enquiries: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate People colleagues, ensuring that employees receive the help they need.
- Conduct Right to Work Checks: Liaise with internal Security teams and suppliers to carry out pre-employment screening for all new hires.
- Process Orders and Invoices: Assist with Purchase Orders and invoicing to support the People Services function.
- Support People Functions: Provide administrative assistance for Talent Acquisition and Reward initiatives, among other projects.
- Project Assistance: Get involved in various projects, bringing your organizational skills to the table and helping us transition regular tasks to People Services.

- Administrative Experience: A proven track record in administrative duties with an emphasis on attention to detail and customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various software packages.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to listen, understand, and respond to employee needs with clarity and professionalism.
- Data Privacy Awareness: Experience managing confidential data responsibly and with discretion.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and contribute positively to our team culture.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Curiosity and resilience to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
