This role will play a key part in designing and embedding modern people security capabilities, integrating personnel security across physical security, cyber security, identity and access management, HR, fraud prevention and wider business operations. The successful candidate will help develop security policy, manage insider risk, deliver investigations and assurance activities, and drive continuous improvement across people security. Key Responsibilities Support the design, implementation and delivery of People and Physical Security capability improvement programmes. Develop, maintain and enhance people security policies, standards, procedures, controls and guidance.
