People Reporting Analyst Oxfordshire £45,000 - £55,-Month FTC (high possibility of going permanent) An exciting opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a large organisation investing in its people data and reporting capabilities. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering insights that support business decision-making and improve workforce reporting. The Role: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Extract, analyse, and validate HR data from people systems Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues Support reporting across recruitment, performance, learning and development, reward, and employee operations Work with People Systems teams on data improvements and new technology initiatives Support reporting for key business and HR projects Your Skills and Experience: Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics Advanced Power BI skills Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SuccessFactors or WorkDay Ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret people data Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience improving data quality and reporting processes What They Offer: £45,000 - £55,000 salary 12-month ..... full job details .....
