      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for a passionate and experienced People Relations Specialist to join our People Relations and Wellbeing team on a part time 21 hours per week, 12-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping managers navigate complex people matters, championing early resolution and contributing to the development of a modern, values-led employee relations service. You''ll use your employee relations expertise to influence positive outcomes for colleagues, build manager capability and help shape how people relations is delivered across the organisation. What You''ll Do  Managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish, including grievance, disciplinary, capability and absence matters.
