This is a highly visible, strategy-driven role requiring exceptional presentation, storytelling, and delivery leadership capabilities.Support the design and delivery of a new people and workforce strategy, ensuring clarity, structure, and momentum.Lead multiple strategic workstreams, operating as a delivery lead from concept through to execution.Develop high-quality executive and board-level packs, with a strong focus on insight, narrative, and outcomes.Use storytelling and structured problem-solving to influence decision-making at senior leadership level.Partner closely with HR leadership on HR-for-HR portfolio, helping shape how HR operates as a function.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing strategic challenges with pragmatic delivery.Ensure robust governance, planning, and cadence across initiatives, tracking progress and managing risks.What you''ll need to succeedProven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally Big 4 or top tier consultancy.Strong understanding of HR end-to-end, not just workforce planning - candidates must "know HR inside out".Exposure to insurance or financial services is strongly preferred.Demonstrable ..... full job details .....
