This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People and Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business, with a particular focus on Employee Relations. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutionsAdvising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the businessSupporting on LandD and DEI initiativesSupporting teams with recruitment as and when requiredBuild relationships across the businessAd-hoc HR support as and when required.Candidate Specification
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualifiedHR Business Partner level experience requiredExcellent communication skillsPrior experience of Employee Relations (essential)Confident in UK employment lawExperience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable)Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership.Additional Information
