Category HR Generalists Closing Date 28 September 2026 Role Purpose As a Fieldbased People Partner based on the South Coast, you will be the trusted People partner to a Senior Director (SD), supporting the delivery of the people agenda across a significant business area. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will provide both strategic and operational people support, ensuring people priorities are aligned to business objectives. You will oversee the delivery of a wide range of People projects and activities, including business transformation programmes, operating model changes, organisation design, performance management, talent and succession planning initiatives. The role combines strong People partnering expertise with a practical understanding of change management, project delivery and organisational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Director and leadership team to develop and deliver people plans that support business performance and strategic priorities. Lead and support organisational design, operating model and change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and colleague engagement.
