People Partner (Operations)

Key areas will include: Employee relations and day-to-day HR support Coaching managers on performance, wellbeing and people matters Recruitment, onboarding and induction Learning and development initiatives Policy and process improvement Culture, engagement and values-led projects Supporting performance and appraisal frameworks What we''re looking for Previous experience in a HR Operations, HR Advisor or HR generalist role Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience Confident advising senior stakeholders on UK employment law and best practice Experience improving HR processes and people frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience desirable Passion for creating positive workplace culture and employee engagement Why apply?
