Coach and influence managers, building capability and confidence across all people matters. Lead and support organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects. Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, providing practical, commercial advice. Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance through to reward, development and exit.
