Deliver the people strategy with confidence, supporting leaders to embed policies, values, and a high-performing culture. Act as a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding managers on all people matters, from engagement and performance to ER cases. Lead and implement people initiatives across engagement, EDandI, succession planning, and talent management. Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver change, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication. Use people metrics to identify trends and shape effective, data-driven interventions. Champion employee engagement, supporting programmes such as monthly pulse surveys and Great Place to Work.Responsibilities

Confident, people-focused professional with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.Solid grounding in UK employment law and an ability to translate people data into meaningful action.Proactive, solutions-driven, with strong communication and sharp analytical thinking.Experience in coaching, change management, and partnering with leaders to deliver transformation while maintaining engagement.Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or senior HR Advisor ready to step up.Ability to support, challenge, and inspire colleagues to thrive and leaders to deliver with confidence.Competencies
