Working proactively and collaboratively, the postholder will design and deliver innovative, people-focused solutions that align with the strategic aims of St Neots, helping to shape a best-in-class People function. This role will embed robust HR practices across all aspects of the employee journey to support St Neots Prep and Lord Wandsworth College as great places to work and thrive.

RequirementsExperience in human resources or people functions with knowledge of HR policies and employment law. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives. Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding in a education setting.

Part time, 3 days per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary:
£40,000 (FTE) per annum depending on experience
