Overview
Contract: Part time, 3 days per week, 52 weeks per year. Salary: £40,000 (FTE) per annum depending on experience.The People Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing professional expertise and support across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, reward, employee relations, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, compliance, organisational change, and learning and development. Working proactively and collaboratively, the postholder will design and deliver innovative, people-focused solutions that align with the strategic aims of St Neots, helping to shape a best-in-class People function. This role will play a key part in embedding consistent, robust, and effective HR practices across all aspects of the employee journey, ensuring St Neots Prep and Lord Wandsworth College remain an exceptional place to work and thrive.
