People Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector organisation in North Wales who are recruiting for a People Partner on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £42,398 per annum, alongside hybrid and flexible working arrangements.They are seeking someone who can deliver a proactive, preventative and professional HR service by working closely with leaders to identify people priorities, shape people plans and support organisation-wide initiatives, acting as a key point of expertise on all people matters.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Partnering with leaders to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across a wide range of people mattersLeading key people projects to deliver strategic objectives and support the organisation''s wider people planManaging complex ER cases including grievance, conduct, attendance and organisational changeCoaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues effectivelyUsing people data and insights to identify priorities, support workforce planning and guide decision-makingDriving culture and inclusion by embedding values, promoting DEI and supporting a positive employee experienceImproving HR processes by identifying opportunities to streamline policies and enhance serviceExperience and skills required:CIPD Level 7 capability demonstrated through qualification or equivalent experience, supported by ongoing professional developmentStrong working knowledge of UK employment law ..... full job details .....
