People Partner (3-Month FTC) Tranent Hybrid Working £25 - £28 per hour Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a growing, people-focused organisation to recruit a People Partner on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers, solving people challenges, and driving positive change. The Role Reporting into the Head of People, you''ll act as a trusted partner to leaders and managers across the business, providing hands-on support across a broad range of people matters. Key responsibilities will include: Managing employee relations casework including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability Supporting organisational growth and workforce planning activities Reviewing and developing HR policies and processes Using people data and insights to identify trends and improvements Supporting people initiatives, organisational change and continuous improvement projects This is a predominantly operational role with the opportunity to contribute to wider people projects and business improvements.
