Role
We’re hiring an experienced
Regional People Partner
to provide maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026) for our
London and South East region . You’ll be at the heart of leading, supporting, and inspiring our teams across the region. In this role, you will:
Coach and guide managers while supporting wellbeing and engagement
Lead on employee relations, change projects, and succession planning
Use data and insight to drive performance across the region
Partner with the Regional Manager to drive the region’s commercial success

What You’ll Be DoingAs part of our People team, you’ll support managers and colleagues in our retail stores across the region, helping them feel confident, engaged, and valued. You’ll:
Coach and guide managers to lead their teams with confidence
Support colleagues with performance, wellbeing, and employee relations matters
Lead change projects, restructures, and succession planning
Use data and insights to drive team performance and improvements
Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
Collaborate on projects that make a real difference for colleagues every day
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience as a Regional People Partner with strong HR knowledge, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
Is based either in London or the Berkshire or Surrey area with convenient access to central London
Is confident advising managers on performance, employee relations and organisational change
Can coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
Is CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with strong IT and data skills
Works professionally and independently while collaborating effectively with others
Is commercially aware and confident challenging constructively to drive results

This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of three days per week in stores on your region, with occasional overnight stays.
