In this generalist role, you ll take the lead on: Providing high-quality, pragmatic employee relations advice Coaching managers through a wide range of people issues Using people analytics to inform decision-making Designing and delivering effective learning and development interventions Getting involved in a variety of meaningful and exciting people projects You ll partner with dedicated areas of the hospice, building strong relationships quickly and becoming a trusted advisor.
