You ll work closely with leaders and colleagues to align priorities, provide expert support on People matters, and represent the function in key forums. What You''ll Do:Strategic Partnering: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, collaborating to align operational priorities with the people agenda. Take a solutions-focused approach to managing conflicts and challenges, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Recruitment Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Head of People Operations to ensure alignment between People activities.
