Anderson Knight Recruitment is partnering with a respected organisation to appoint an experienced People Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to join a progressive business where people are at the heart of its success. This position is based in South Lanarkshire, with travel to different sites within Scotland, as required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential for this role. The business operates a hybrid working model with typically 3-4 days per week in the office and 1-2 days working from home per week. This role offers the chance to act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, influencing people strategy while delivering practical people solutions that support business growth, engagement, and performance.
