We are recruiting a People Partner and Service Lead to provide leadership for our People Team and help deliver an exceptional colleague and volunteer experience across Birmingham Hospice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive People professional to lead a dedicated team while partnering with managers and leaders across the organisation to deliver high-quality, people-centred services that support the attraction, recruitment, engagement, retention and reward of our people. Working closely with the Head of People, you''ll lead the day-to-day delivery of our People services, providing expert advice, coaching and support across a wide range of people matters, including employee relations, performance and organisational change.
