People Partner Pioneering Medical Institute £60k-66k Permanent 3 days PW in London This People Partner role is an opportunity to join a world-renowned biomedical research institute at an exciting time as it launches its new people strategy. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced People team, you will partner with senior leaders across a varied portfolio spanning scientific research, operational teams and legal. This is a strategic partnering role where relationship building, influencing and problem solving are key. You will act as a critical friend to leaders, helping them navigate complex people issues while working closely with specialist teams across recruitment, learning and development and wider people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with senior leaders across science, operations and professional teams. Act as a trusted coach and sounding board, providing constructive challenge and pragmatic people solutions. Partner with specialist People teams to deliver initiatives across talent, succession, engagement and organisational development. Lead and develop People Advisors, ensuring clear separation between strategic partnering and day-to-day advisory activity. Use people data and insight to support decision making and drive change. Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters, resource planning and organisational change. Support new Group Leaders and laboratories joining the organisation.
