Working within a collaborative People function, you''ll act as a trusted advisor, coach and change partner, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges while embedding best practice across talent, performance, employee relations and organisational change. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and managers to provide expert people advice, coaching and challenge that drives business performance. Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future organisational capability. Coach managers on performance management, leadership effectiveness and embedding best practice people processes.
