People Partner (6 month fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about people and looking for a role where you can make a real impact?We\\''re currently recruiting for a dedicated People Partner to join our dynamic team within our Best Food Logistics business.If you have strong people partnering experience, a background working with Trade Unions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!This role will be based in Royton supporting the site and also our Central Functions.Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growthProvide expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and employment lawManage talent, support development, and succession planningWork on organisational design and change management initiativesUse data to support people-focused initiativesChampion colleague engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusionFocus on performance and absence managementMaintain strong relationships with Trade Union representativesThis role is initially on a 6 month basis but has the possibility for extension or becoming a permanent position.CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous but not essentialStrong people partnering experienceExperience with Trade Unions and ideally in a blue-collar environmentExcellent communication and influencing skillsKnowledge of employment law and employee relations managementA commitment to promoting diversity and inclusionPeople Management experienceExperience in a fast-paced environment, such as distribution or ..... full job details .....
