As our People Partner, you''ll work closely with leaders and teams to drive a positive employee experience, support strategic people initiatives, and champion our culture. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same - from employee relations and engagement to talent development and change management.What You''ll Be Doing

Partnering with managers to provide expert HR advice and guidanceSupporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance, and developmentLeading on employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing strategiesDriving continuous improvement in HR practices and policiesSupporting organisational change and growth projectsWhat We''re Looking For

Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused approachCIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirableLocation and Flexibility

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility around working patterns.Salary

£40,000 per annum
