As a People Partner, you''ll work closely with leaders and managers to deliver expert people advice, support organisational change, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience. They are seeking an experienced People Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in supporting leaders, driving employee engagement and delivering people-focused initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and coaching across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.
