As a People Partner, you''ll work closely with leaders and managers to deliver expert people advice, support organisational change, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and coaching across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent development.
