People Operations Specialist

Sheffield - Hybrid. 3 days per week in Sheffield city centre office, 2 days remote / work from home (4 days per week in office during probation) - 40 hour week Regular trips to other offices, including Lincoln and London (approx. 2 days a month) are essential. All travel and accommodation costs to non-base office locations are fully covered. About the role We''re looking for a People Operations Specialist to become the operational heartbeat of our People Team. While your primary focus will be People Operations, you''ll also play an important role in creating a brilliant workplace experience in our Sheffield office. This isn''t a role where you''ll wait to be told what to do. You''ll thrive here if you''re the kind of person who spots something that needs doing and just gets on with it - someone who takes ownership, follows things through and gives others confidence that everything is under control. You''ll own the operational side of the employee lifecycle - from contracts and onboarding to Right to Work, visa compliance, employee communications and continuously improving the way our People Team operates. Alongside People Operations, you''ll be the People Team''s representative in our Sheffield office.
