People Operations Manager - AntrimMCS Group is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a People Operations Manager into a newly created leadership role.The role:This is a hands-on opportunity to lead a centralised people support function, improve how employee services are delivered and build a consistent, responsive service across a complex organisation.The main responsibilities: Leading and developing a People Operations team.Managing service levels, workloads, workflows and quality standards.Acting as the escalation point for complex employee queries and cases.Improving processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.Using data and service insights to identify improvements.Supporting the implementation and effective use of a new HR system.Remaining involved in operational delivery during busy periods.The ideal candidate: Experience leading, coaching and developing an operational team.A strong understanding of shared-services, people-services or centralised support models.Experience managing high volumes of employee and manager queries across the full employee lifecycle.The ability to oversee complex cases and act as a confident escalation point for the team.Experience setting and monitoring service levels, workflows, performance measures and quality standards.A track record of improving processes, service delivery and the overall employee experience.Strong systems capability, ideally including experience implementing or improving HR ..... full job details .....
