People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operational processes and seamless employee service. This role is based in Bicester and requires a strategic approach to managing HR systems and supporting organisational goals.

Description

• Develop and implement effective people processes, designed to drive efficiency
• Work with teams based across Europe and serve as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
• Line management of one direct report and dotted line of several HR Advisors based in other countries
• Supervise the execution of employee lifecycle changes
• Develop communication channels across the wider people team in order to deliver a well rounded service to stakeholders
• Ensure People compliance is accurate across multiple countries

Profile

A successful People Operations Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a People Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management practices.
• A solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage diverse HR functions.
• Effective communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
