People Operations Coordinator (HR and AI Curious)

The Role Our People team is built to operate as a lean, high-performing team, designed from the ground up with AI at the centre of how we work, not bolted on afterwards. As we build toward 2027, the goal is a People function that stays small by choice - where automation carries the operational load, and the team''s time goes into the people initiatives that genuinely move the business forward. We''re looking for an AI-curious People Ops professional to take ownership of our people operations as they run today, and to build the automated systems that will run them tomorrow. This is a dual mandate role; from day one you''re accountable for the operational processes as they currently stand while continuously looking for the parts of that work that can be templated, triggered or automated away entirely.
