The People and Organisational Development function continues its journey to become an Employer of Choice. The department focus is on enhancing the employee experience, delivering excellent HR services, and supporting our organisational goals. We currently have two roles (1 x full time, 1 x part time (18 hours per week for People Officers. Key responsibilities of the People Officer roles include: Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a responsive and supportive service Supporting employee relations processes, contributing to fair, transparent, and timely outcomes Delivering high-quality HR administration, including contracts, onboarding and payroll changes Maintaining accurate HR data to support insight-driven decision making and compliance Supporting modernised recruitment and ..... full job details .....
