People OfficerSalary: 36,000 - 41,800 (DOE) Contract type: Permanent Working arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days on site Location: South Wales / HybridAbout the roleAs People Officer, you will support the delivery of a high-quality HR and People service across the organisation.Working closely with the People Manager, you will provide support across a wide range of people-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, equality, diversity and inclusion, governance, and HR administration.You will be the first point of contact for many HR enquiries, ensuring colleagues receive accurate, timely and professional support. The role involves managing key people processes, maintaining HR systems and records, supporting recruitment campaigns, coordinating learning activities, and assisting with organisational projects and initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities within a supportive and collaborative team.
