      <description>Location: Truro | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | People Manager (Charity) - Truro - Full Time £46-46k 12 Month Fixed term contract - hybrid / remote with travel.  Well Placed HR are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected organisation in the not-for-profit sector to recruit a People Manager. This is a varied and impactful role offering a flexible approach to remote / hybrid working with some travel required within Cornwall.  This brand-new position is offered on a full-time basis, with full time hours. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. With a headcount of 200, this is a pivotal role supporting operational services across Cornwall, providing both hands-on and strategic HR support to drive performance, improve culture, and embed best practice people processes.
