The Role As an HR Advisor, you will provide professional HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse client base across the UK, supporting businesses of all sizes and sectors. You will work collaboratively within a specialist advisory team, delivering advice via telephone and email, ensuring it is legally compliant, pragmatic and tailored to each client''s unique needs. Where appropriate, you will confidently present compliant and non-compliant options, clearly outlining associated risks to enable informed decision-making.
