This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional to provide expert support on complex ER and Industrial Relations matters across a large, multi-site organisation.Working closely with senior leaders and People teams, you will provide practical advice on employee relations issues, support organisational change initiatives, develop policies and procedures, and help drive a consistent and compliant approach to people management.The RoleAs People Relations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering specialist Employee Relations support and helping leaders navigate complex people challenges.Key responsibilities include:Advising on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance mattersSupporting managers and stakeholders with complex ER casesAssisting with organisational change projects, including redundancy and TUPE processesDeveloping HR policies, guidance and manager toolkitsSupporting industrial relations activity and trade union engagementMonitoring employment law changes and providing practical adviceManaging ER risk, compliance and tribunal trackingDelivering coaching and guidance to managers and HR colleaguesAbout YouWe are looking for a confident ..... full job details .....
