People Manager
12-Month Fixed Term Contract£42,945 per annumFull-time preferred Part-time considered (minimum 30 hours per week) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced wellbeing, organisational development or HR professional to join a respected public sector organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of employee wellbeing. This newly created position will lead a review of existing wellbeing provision and develop a modern, evidence-based approach to supporting workforce wellbeing. Working closely with leaders and employees across the organisation, you will help drive positive cultural change, enhance employee experience and support the development of a psychologically safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate current wellbeing support and initiatives. Design and implement wellbeing strategies aligned to organisational priorities. Analyse workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Advise managers and leaders on wellbeing best practice. Deliver wellbeing awareness activities and engagement initiatives. Support positive culture, inclusion and employee wellbeing outcomes. Develop recommendations to strengthen organisational wellbeing provision.
