This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy and varied People function within a dynamic and evolving environment.You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, while partnering closely with managers to support performance, engagement, and employee relations. This is a hands-on role where you will combine operational HR delivery with the opportunity to influence and improve wider people processes.Key responsibilities:Lead day-to-day HR operations across a multi-site businessAct as a trusted partner to managers, supporting with ER, performance, and development mattersOversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exitSupport recruitment activity and ensure a smooth hiring processManage and resolve employee relations cases in line with policy and best practiceContribute to engagement, culture, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport HR systems, data, and reporting to inform decision-makingAbout you:Experience in a People Manager roleStrong understanding of UK employment law and employee relationsConfident working in fast-paced, multi-site environmentsComfortable balancing hands-on HR delivery with broader people initiativesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with ..... full job details .....
