About You and The Role This employer is looking for an experienced People Manager to lead their HR function and help shape a positive, inclusive and values driven culture across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance and People, you''ll provide strategic HR leadership while ensuring high-quality day to day support for colleagues, managers and the Senior Leadership Team. This is a varied and influential role. You''ll take ownership of the employer''s People Strategy, review and improve systems and processes, and oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development and performance. Working closely with line managers, you''ll coach and support them to embed consistent, fair and values led people practices. You''ll also lead on employee engagement, manage the organisation''s relationship with the recognised trade union, and produce clear HR and Health and Safety metrics that help inform organisational decision making.
