People Lead 60000 - 65000Full time - 9 month FTC - WestminsterRandstad are currently working in collaboration with a not for profit organisation based near Westminster. This role is to support the organisation with a transformation project, managing change and to provide high calibre support and guidance to the wider organisation. The role of People Lead will focus on supporting the ongoing transformation by ensuring we have well informed and motivated employees in place to enable us to achieve our overall business objectives.Essential Core Skills To support colleagues to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working through clear engagement, communication and learning activityWork with senior leaders to define the future operating model, including role design , workforce modelling and cost analysis, undertaking relevant analysis to inform decisionsWork with leaders to write and QA all job descriptions, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities which work together within the new structureManage organisational change processes in line with employment legislation and policiesSupport the Senior Leadership Team to effectively lead through the team through transition.Work with HR colleagues to ensure we have the right learning and development, reward and workforce planning approaches in place to enable effective transitionWork with the Change Lead to ensure a joined up, well- resourced approach to communicating with and upskilling colleagues from across the business- in ..... full job details .....
