You''ll manage your own portfolio of cases and provide trusted advice and support to managers throughout the process.Your caseload will include matters such as:Disciplinary and grievance casesCapability and performance mattersProbationAttendance and sickness absenceFlexible working and family-friendly mattersInformal workplace concernsYou''ll work closely with managers to help them understand policy, procedure and potential risk, ensuring cases are managed consistently, appropriately and in line with employment legislation and our organisational values.
