People Experience Co-ordinator

Circa £34k per annum Fixed term - 6 months Part home/Part office (London) based UNICEF ensures more of the world''s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. This role will suit someone who loves working in a collaborative and supportive team, whilst owning and juggling multiple responsibilities. They will have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and will be driven to provide the best people experience to our colleagues. They will have good attention to detail; be organised and able to work to their own initiative. The People Function is becoming a stronger strategic partner within UNICEF UK. As we work on our next 3-year strategy and embark upon Strategic Workforce Planning, it''s anticipated that the People Team and this role will change.
