As part of this journey, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Engagement Officer to take ownership of employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives across a multi-site business. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, helping to shape the employee experience and ensure colleagues remain engaged, informed and connected during a period of ongoing change. The Role You''ll play a key role in gathering employee insight, driving engagement initiatives and ensuring people-focused communications are impactful and effective.
